Well Women's
Programs

A variety of wellness groups and regular activities are continuously running at the Well Women’s Centre. Designed to create connections and friendships as well as to educate and empower women, there is likely to be a program that suits you. 

In addition to these programs we also provide;

  • Information, referral and advocacy for women’s health issues for those finding it difficult to communicate with government departments or other agencies.
  • A Health & Wellness Library: All members are welcome to borrow books and video’s on a wide variety of subjects 
  • A Christmas Cheer Program connecting community members and sharing the Christmas spirit during the holiday period
  • Self development courses, health education, health promotions and special wellness events including our annual WOW (Women on Wellness) Week.
