Mindfulness and Meditation/Healthy Breakfast
Start each day with a Meditation and Mindfulness session hosted by Well Women’s Team. Each Session will be followed by a healthy breakfast created by our Dietitian Nicole (18+)
Event $5 per day or $20 for the week for Well Women’s Members.
