Special Resolution
The purpose of the special resolution is to adopt a revised version of the Rules of the Association which are customised to suit the operations of the centre.
Changes include those which enable compliance with the Associations Act 2015 and a reversion to the customised Constitution of HWWC Inc. which was used until 2019. Changes are highlighted in Red and Purple in the attached document.
Due to the current State Government Covid Relief Package, there will be no cost to the Association for this change.

Motion
The members agree to adopt the revised version of the Rules of the Association which are customised to suit the operations of the centre while meeting the requirements of the Associations Act 2015. The new document will be the known as the Hedland Well Womens Centre Inc. Constitution 2020 and will replace all previous versions.
